Las Palmas
 The
capital of Gran Canaria, and the province, is home to approximately
500,000 inhabitants and is situated in the north-east. A remarkable
cultural offering, colonial architecture, fine shopping, and a wide
range of entertainment and sports opportunities give Las Palmas an international
flair.

language school is situated in the city centre, near the city's most
well-known beach, the large Playa de Las Canteras with its beautiful
promenade. The Spanish institute is a founding member of IALC, the world's

With an annual mean temperature of 19°-25°, Gran Canaria offers
optimal conditions all year round. Here, you will learn Spanish in one
of the most prestigious schools of the country. While the south is sometimes

 The
school organises parties, excursions and sightseeing tours. On the "small
continent", as Cran Canaria is called because of its great variety
of landscapes, students have numerous touring and sporting opportunities.
We will also gladly reserve a rented car to enable you to make discoveries
on your own. The prices on the Canary Islands are extremely favourable

The language school owns two beach residences for students. The houses
are situated approximately 50 m and 100 m from the beautiful Canteras
beach (a 15 minute walk to the school). Both residences have a lounge
and television. Half board (Monday-Saturday lunch, dinner on Sunday)
is included in the price. You can choose between rooms with bath or
rooms which share a hall bathroom. There is also a washing machine available.

The best is to fly to Las Palmas with a charter or a scheduled flight.
A bus or taxi will take you to your accommodation. You will receive
more precise information (bus lines, timetables, maps) with your travel
documents.
